Lafayette Concrete & Masonry provides masonry and concrete contractor services to residential and commercial property owners in Lafayette, CA and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and related work.
All services are subject to availability and geographic scope. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion. This website is informational in nature and does not constitute a binding offer to perform any specific service.
Any estimate provided by Lafayette Concrete & Masonry - whether verbal, written, or communicated through this website - is not a guaranteed final price unless it is confirmed in a signed written contract. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the assessment. Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work differ materially from what was apparent at the time of the estimate.
No work will begin without your agreement to a written estimate or contract. We do not charge for initial on-site assessments unless otherwise stated in writing before the visit.
Scheduling is subject to crew availability and project pipeline. Once a project start date is confirmed in writing, we will make every reasonable effort to honor that schedule. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, material delays, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible of any changes.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased, work completed, and reasonable mobilization costs. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written contract.
Payment terms will be specified in the written contract or estimate for each project. Typical terms require a deposit prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be stated in your contract.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as stated in the written contract. Lafayette Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to suspend or terminate work on a project where payment obligations are not met. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a mechanics lien against the property in accordance withCA law.
You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting services. You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe and lawful access to the property where work is to be performed, that any required HOA approvals are obtained prior to the start of work, and that the work site is reasonably clear of obstructions. Delays caused by a failure to meet these responsibilities may affect scheduling and cost.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be specified in your written contract. Warranties are limited to the specific work described in the contract and do not extend to pre-existing conditions, damage caused by events outside our control (including earthquakes, flooding, soil movement, or acts of nature), or work performed or altered by others after project completion.
